For Any Cancellations please contact us at 404-917-7203 RULES AND REGULATIONS * Client Information Are Confidential & Written Authorization Is Required To Release Any Information.  * We Do Not Double Book Appointments. *Please Reschedule Session If More Than 15 Minutes Late. * 48 Hour Cancellation Notice Is Required.  * All Deposits Are Non-Refundable.  * No Call No Shows Will Result In Full Payment Of Your Spa Session To Be Processed From Credit Card Information Provided.  * You Will Be Draped And At No Time Be Exposed.  * You will Have A Consultation With Your Therapist To Discuss Session.  * Inappropriate Behavior Will NOT Be Tolerated And May Be Prosecuted To The Full Extent Of The Law.  Healing Touch Therapy Spa - Cancellation Policy We kindly request 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows Joselyn the opportunity to offer your time slot to someone on her waitlist. Important Notes: Same-day cancellations will require full payment of the scheduled service or an additional $20 added to service upon next scheduled appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a future appointment unless the rescheduling is initiated by Joselyn. Appointment slots are Limited.
